I forgot to use my voucher/scan my Nectar card. Can I still get the points?
Good news! Points for general shopping can be added up to 14 days after the date on the receipt. Simply present your receipt at the Customer Service Desk with your Nectar card.
If you forgot to use a voucher, provided you’ve met the criteria for the extra points, take the voucher and your receipt to the Customer Service Desk within 14 days from the date on the receipt and we’ll be happy to help.
