How will I know if my online groceries order has been cancelled?

Customers may have their order cancelled for a number of reasons, such as extreme weather conditions, website issues, van breakdowns or problems processing payment. Store colleagues or drivers will call the customer to inform as soon as an issue becomes known.

If we need to cancel your order on the day of delivery as a result of an issue, we will let you know and your order will be refunded. This normally takes between 3-5 working days to appear back into your account, dependent upon your account or card provider.
