What is Click & Collect and how does it work?
Our free Click & Collect service is a great way to pay for non food General Merchandise items online from our website, and collect them from your chosen store at your convenience.
Click & Collect is not available on orders containing groceries or on Sainsbury's Entertainment.
The service is available for most of the non food General Merchandise items we sell. Please check individual product delivery options when you place an order. You'll see the Click & Collect option where it's available on the website when you have the items in your basket.
Your item(s) will be ready within 5 working days and you'll receive an email to let you know when they're ready for collection. Item(s) will be available to collect for 14 days. If the item(s) are not collected after this period, the store will attempt to contact you. Item(s) not collected by this point will be automatically refunded to the credit or debit card used with the order.
