Mobile Phone Refund Policy

Our mobile phones are covered with a one year warranty.  You can return your mobile within 14 days as sold for any reason for a no quibble refund or exchange.  If your mobile develops a fault within the first 28 days you can return it for a full refund or exchange.  After the first 28 days, mobiles, if covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, will be repaired using the accredited Sainsbury’s Mobile phone repair centre.  Please remember to keep your receipt, and if after speaking to the helpline you need to return your mobile, please bring all accessories, components and manuals back with it.
