Christmas Food to Order
Our Christmas food ordering service is open from Wednesday 15th October until Monday 15th December.
Customers can order up to 72 items through the service, including floral for the first time.
Collect a brochure from your nearest store and browse our impressive collection of festive food. By ordering in advance and collecting before the big day, you can have the perfect Christmas meal without the hassle of shopping at the last minute.
This year, customers will also be able to order online via our new Christmas Food Ordering website.
For the Christmas Food to Order service, how does the £10 deposit come off my order in store?
You will receive a £10 voucher when you collect your order at the collection point. This voucher can be redeemed at the Checkout when you pay for your items.
What do I need to collect my Christmas Food to Order in store?
You will need to provide your full name and your order number.
Can I use an evoucher on my Christmas Food to Order?
Unfortunately, you cannot use an evoucher on the £10 deposit. The remaining balance of your order is paid in store.
Can I amend my Christmas Food to Order after I have placed my order online?
Yes you can amend your order. Simply select the link found in your confirmation email. If you have lost your email please contact our Careline on 0330 123 1129 and we can re-send this to you.
Can I order on the Christmas Food to Order website for delivery?
Unfortunately you cannot have your products delivered to your home. This service is only for collection in participating supermarkets.
