Welcome to Sainsbury’s Help Centre

I’ve received an email that I think may be fraudulent. How will I know if it’s from Sainsbury’s?

Criminals sometimes send convincing looking but fraudulent emails to encourage people to take action.  These emails often invite the recipient to open an attachment which infects their computer with a virus or to enter their details on a fake website.  If you receive an email which you think is suspicious, do not click on any of the links or attachments and delete the email.

Please contact us if you’re in any doubt about the content of an email that appears to come from Sainsbury’s.

If you'd like to view more information about how to protect yourself and your computer against emails like this, please visit http://www.getsafeonline.org.  Your Internet Service Provider (ISP) should also be able to offer you further advice on how to deal with unwanted emails.
