How do I cancel or amend my online grocery order?

You can amend/cancel your order on our website until 11pm the day before your scheduled delivery.  Follow the steps below to amend/cancel your order​



  • Look out for the amend icon when you log into your account and view your orders 
  • Select Change Order, you will then be able to add items, edit quantities
  • As you checkout you will also be able to change delivery date/time if needed. Your original delivery slot will be held for 3 hours. 
  • Complete your order till you check out ​


Just want to amend delivery time/day? When you amend your order click through to checkout, on this screen there is a delivery details box, you can edit your delivery here.

If you’re amending your order and the basket value is under £25 we will not be able to complete your order.  


  • Look out for the cancel icon when you log into your account and view your orders
  • Select cancel order ​and follow the steps 


Icons to look out for

If you don’t see the icon on your account, your order has started to progress and it maybe too late to make changes. If you believe there may be another issue preventing you to amend/cancel please call us on 0800 328 1700.
