New Nectar Trial

From the 12th of April 2018 we’ll be trialling a new Nectar loyalty scheme in the Isle of Wight replacing the current Nectar scheme. It’s online and mobile so say goodbye to crumpled coupons. We’ve updated the brand so it’s more modern and friendly but still familiar.

We want to try a new way to reward our regular shoppers, so we designed new Nectar to be totally tailored to you and the things you buy most at Sainsbury’s.   

From the 29th of April customers in the Isle of Wight will no longer collect base 1 point per qualifying £1 spent or paper coupons. Instead we’ll send them personalised offers through our brand new app and website to choose from. They’ll need to download the new app or register online for Nectar offers in Sainsbury’s. Their current points are safe and sound they’ll be on new Nectar once the customer registers.

The rest stays the same. Points are worth the same amount and customers will continue to collect and spend Nectar points at all our other partners like BP, eBay and Virgin and many more through the existing Nectar app and website.

New Nectar is currently not available outside of the Isle of Wight but new customers who live in the Isle of Wight can sign up for the scheme via the app or website.
