Why do I need to choose a slot before I place my online groceries order?

We recommend that you book a delivery slot as soon as you log in to the website. This is important to make sure that you get the best choice of delivery slots, and so that you see the products and offers that will be available to you for your delivery date.

The top right of the screen directly above the trolley is the area devoted to your delivery booking. Once you have clicked on 'book delivery' you will be taken to the 'book delivery' screen.

Choose a time that suits you by clicking on one of the boxes.
