How to Check Your Pre-Order Status and Delivery
If you’ve placed a pre-order, there’s now an easy way to track your order in My Account.
You can see your expected delivery dates and tracking updates directly in My Account. This makes it easy to follow your order from the moment you place it to when it’s delivered.
How to check your pre-order
- Sign in to My Account
- Select Orders
- Choose the pre-order you’d like to view
If your item hasn’t been released yet
If your product is still in pre-order, your order page will show:
- A Pre-order label
- An estimated delivery window (for example: Expected between 27 February 2026 and 2 March 2026)
- The status Order processed
You’ll also see your item details, order number, and delivery address.
What this means
- Your order is confirmed, and your item is secured.
- We’re just waiting for the stock to arrive.
- At this stage, there won’t be a tracking number because your order hasn’t been shipped yet.
- You don’t need to do anything, we will send it as soon as it’s ready.
Once your pre-order has been dispatched
As soon as your item leaves our warehouse, your order page will be updated.
You’ll then see:
- A tracking number
- A link to track your parcel
- The status was updated to Out for delivery
Use the tracking link to follow your delivery and know when it will reach you.
Understanding your order status
Your order will move through three simple stages:
- Order processed - Your order is confirmed and waiting to be dispatched
- Out for delivery - Your parcel is on its way
- Delivered - Your order has arrived
This makes it easy to see exactly where your pre-order stands.
Why can’t I see tracking yet?
Tracking only appears once your item has been dispatched.
If your order shows ‘Order processed’ and an estimated delivery window, your item is still waiting to be dispatched.
Do I need to contact customer support?
In most cases, no.
Your release date and tracking details will always be shown in My Account → Orders.
If your delivery date has passed, or you’re having trouble accessing your account, you can contact us via Live Chat, and we’ll be happy to help.
You can check your pre-order by signing in to My Account.
Go to Orders and select the pre-order you want to view. Your order page will show the latest status and other important details.You can find your expected delivery date in My Account → Orders.
If your item is still in pre-order, you will see an estimated delivery window showing when your order is expected to arrive."Order processed" means your order has been placed successfully and confirmed.
Your item has been reserved for you, and we are waiting for the stock to arrive before shipping it.Tracking numbers appear after your order has been shipped.
If your order still shows "Order processed," it means the item has not been dispatched yet, so tracking details are not available at this stage.Once your order leaves our warehouse, your order page will be updated with a tracking number and tracking link.
You can use the tracking link to follow your parcel and see when it will arrive."Out for delivery" means your parcel has been shipped and is on its way to your delivery address.
You can use the tracking link to check the latest delivery updates.You can check your order details anytime in My Account → Orders.
