Sainsbury’s Move for Meals fundraiser for Comic Relief – Supplier T&Cs

1. Ticket Price and Cancellation

• The individual ticket price is £750 + VAT per person.
• The team ticket price is £5,500 + VAT for 8 people.
• All proceeds of the event will be donated to Comic Relief (less event expenses).  This includes a minimum donation of £200,000 (the full amount raised will be communicated after the event).
• Suppliers may only purchase one team ticket each (8 attendees). If more than this is requested by the one supplier, we will contact the supplier and ask for them to prioritise attendees.
• Participation in the event contributes to Sainsbury’s programme to support families and children facing food insecurity with Comic Relief.
• Purchasers of individual tickets will be grouped into teams of 8 across different product categories.
• The price of the ticket/s will be offset against your supplier account imminently after receiving confirmation of your ticket.
• Tickets are non-refundable. 

2. What the Ticket Includes

The ticket price includes participation in the full Sainsbury’s Move for Meals supplier event experience on the event date, comprising:

a) Fundraising Challenge Experience

• Participation in a team-based fundraising challenge across central London
• Access to the organised activity programme, including briefing, facilitation and challenge materials
• Use of event technology used to power the challenge platform, Wildgoose.

b) Evening Reception at The Oval

• Access to the official event reception held at The Oval Cricket Ground
• A drinks reception including alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• A catering offering (including canapés)
• Access to all scheduled evening activities, including speeches, games and prize-giving.

3. What is Not Included

The ticket price does not include:

• Travel to and from London or between event locations
• Accommodation
• Personal expenses outside of the event programme
• Any additional food or beverages consumed outside of the organised event

4. Event Nature and Participation

• Each team must have a smart phone with the Wildgoose app downloaded.
• This 2hr event includes a movement-based challenge component across London; participants should ensure they are able to take part.
• Activities will involve movement between locations and may include light physical and creative tasks.
• Participants take part at their own risk and should follow all safety guidance provided on the day.

5. Ticket Use

• Each ticket admits one named participant.
• Tickets are non-transferable without prior agreement from the organisers.
• The organiser reserves the right to amend the event schedule or format if required.

6. Liability

• Sainsbury’s is not responsible for loss, damage or injury sustained during travel to or from the event.
• Reasonable care will be taken to ensure participant safety during organised activities.
