With Sainsbury’s Delivery Pass, you can pay an upfront fee and then pay no delivery charge on your online grocery orders for the next 3, 6 or 12 months.
There are two you can choose from : Anytime Delivery Pass entitles you to any one free delivery per day, 7 days per week when you spend £40 or more. This pass costs £60 for 12 months, £35 for 6 months or £20 for 3 months. Midweek Delivery Passentitles you to any one free delivery per day on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays when you spend £40 or more. Any deliveries outside of these times will be charged at the delivery rate as advertised on our website. This pass costs £30 for a 12 months, £18 for a 6 months or £10 for 3 months.
Please note, your Delivery Pass can only be used for Sainsbury’s Online Groceries, and not any Non-Food orders.

The minimum order value is £40 per order, after any multi-buy offers, coupons, vouchers, and discounts. You will still be able to place orders for less than £40 but will be charged the delivery fee for the slot you select.
You can order as often as you like but you can only receive one Delivery Pass delivery per day. Any further orders placed for delivery on the same day will be charged at the specified delivery rate as advertised on our website. Please see below for our fair use policy for further information. Our online delivery service is not available between 24th-26th December or on 1st January.
Your Delivery Pass membership will be automatically renewed on a 3, 6 or 12 month rolling basis, dependent on the duration of the pass you buy. Once you purchase your Delivery Pass there will be a renewal opt out option. We will also send you a reminder email 28 days before your renewal payment is due to be taken.
You have the right to change your mind and cancel your Delivery Pass membership within 14 days. If you do decide to cancel, and you haven't used your Delivery Pass, you should call us on 0800 328 1700 within 14 days, and we will issue you with a full refund. You can still cancel within 14 days even if you've used your Delivery Pass but we'll deduct the cost of delivery slots used from any refund due. We're sorry but you may not cancel your Delivery Pass membership more than 14 days after purchase.

Your Delivery Pass will be registered to your Online Groceries account within 24 hours. However, as soon as you order your pass we will send you a voucher code so that you can place an order straight away or add it to an existing order. You will need to add it, and checkout your order before 11pm the day before delivery.
From the day after purchase, your Delivery Pass will be linked to your Sainsbury’s Online Groceries account and your delivery charge will show as free once your basket reaches £40.
Delivery Pass should only be used by the Sainsbury’s Online Grocery account holder. Whilst we understand that from time to time you may want to deliver to an address other than your usual home delivery address (such as your holiday home address) we reserve the right to ask for proof that you are associated with all delivery addresses.
Once you have purchased a Delivery Pass you cannot change to another type of Delivery Pass. When your Delivery Pass is due for renewal, you will be able to switch to a different Delivery Pass type.
You may receive a money off evoucher offering a discount on a Delivery Pass. To add the Delivery Pass evoucher simply add in the discount code on the Delivery Pass website and press ‘Apply Code’. The discount will then be deducted from the amount due. Please note, the marketing evoucher is a single use voucher and can only be used once. If you have been sent an evoucher code by email and it doesn’t work when entered into the website, please Contact Us.
Purchase your Delivery Pass at our Delivery Pass website. Your payment card will be charged once for your pass. This will entitle you to deliveries for the duration of your Delivery Pass from the date of purchase. Sainsburyssaver will be the name that appears on your card statement. Please note we don’t accept AMEX or MAESTRO cards for the purchase of Delivery Pass.
Yes. You will earn Nectar points on your Delivery Pass purchase as long as your Nectar card details are up to date.
Yes. Our colleagues will earn staff discount on their Delivery Pass purchase as long as the staff discount card is up to date.
Yes. Business customers can have a Delivery Pass as long as the goods are not being purchased for re-sale or commercial purposes.
