Lost Property

If you think you have left an item/s in one of our stores please contact your local store to see if this has been found and placed into lost property.

You can use the Store Locator here to find your local store number.

If the store confirms they have the items/s you will be able to collect it from the customer service desk. It's important to note you will need take ID to store to claim your lost property.

Stores in England and Wales will hold the following items in store for 48 hours:

  • Passports Driving Licences
  • National Identification
  • Birth, Marriage or Death Certificate
  • EFT Card
  • Nectar Card
  • Colleague Discount Card

All other items, including cash will be held in store for 28 days.

Scottish stores will only hold the items for one day before taking to the local police station.
