Your Nectar Prices are personalised lower prices to digital Nectar customers all-year round, based on the things you like to buy. They're available instore with SmartShop or online. You can view Your Nectar Prices in the Nectar app or online when you add Nectar to your online Sainsbury's account.

Your Nectar Prices are only available to customers who have registered with Nectar via the Nectar App or nectar.com. See below for how and where you can access and use Your Nectar Prices.
Nectar Prices are discounted prices available to all Nectar members on 1000s of selected products when they shop.

You can download and register your existing card on the Nectar App or with Nectar online at www.nectar.com
Because of the highly personalised nature of Your Nectar Prices, these are only available to customers who have registered with Nectar via the Nectar App or nectar.com.
If you would like to access Your Nectar Prices you would need to register digitally via www.nectar.com and unlock Your Nectar Prices each week before you shop. To shop Your Nectar Prices online, you will also need to add Nectar to your Sainsbury's online account.
If you do not want to register digitally, you can still access great prices in a number of other ways when you shop at Sainsbury's, such as Nectar Prices and our Aldi Price Match campaign.
Yes. Where more than one Nectar card is linked to a Nectar account, Your Nectar Prices will be personalised to each collector.
You can find Your Nectar Prices (both the applicable price and unit price of the eligible product):
- when you are logged into the Nectar App or on www.nectar.com
- In the SmartShop handset or App when you scan Nectar; or
- When logged you are into your Sainsbury's groceries online account and have added Nectar to your online groceries account.
Note that because Your Nectar Prices are personalised to you, you will not see these prices on shelf edge labels instore.
Yes – customers will be required to have version 11.8 or later of the Nectar app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Please make sure you have downloaded the latest version to access Your Nectar Prices.
Each week before you shop, you will need to unlock your available Your Nectar Price offers. To browse the products available to you through Your Nectar Prices, sign into your account on the Nectar app or via www.nectar.com. To find your offers, open the Nectar app and head to the Sainsbury's tab and toggle to 'Your Nectar Prices' simply unlock the ones you want to redeem. You can also unlock Your Nectar Price offers in the Nectar tab when you are logged into your groceries online account; or on Smartshop (in the App or the handset).
To redeem an unlocked Your Nectar Price instore, head to your nearest Sainsbury's supermarket and purchase the exact product either by using SmartShop (via the SmartShop app or handset) or when you checkout at the tills and ensure that you have scanned/swiped Nectar before you select "Payment Option" You can also shop unlocked Your Nectar Price items instore in Sainsbury's Locals using Smartshop and when you scan/swipe your Nectar card.
SmartShop is an instore shopping feature that lets you scan and bag your items as you go. This means you'll be able to skip the checkout queues and be on your way in no time. For more information, please visit smartshop.sainsburys.co.uk.
You can choose to use either the SmartShop app or the handset, unlocked Your Nectar Prices will show up on both. In our supermarkets, you can also redeem unlocked Your Nectar Price offers at any of our checkouts.
Yes, so long as you have signed up via the Nectar app or www.nectar.com. The more you shop with Nectar, the more personalised Your Nectar Prices will become.
If you are new to Nectar, you will receive Your Nectar Price welcome offers when you first sign up via the Nectar app or web and these will be immediately available for the first week. After this you will be required to unlock your weekly Your Nectar Prices offers before you shop.
Yes, the validity period of each price is shown in the Nectar app, on www.nectar.com or when you are logged into your Grocery online account on the Nectar tab. Your Nectar Prices are refreshed every Friday and are valid for 7 days. You can use your weekly Your Nectar Price offers as many times as you like during each validity period. Our standard bulk buying policies apply.
Your Nectar Prices are personalised to you based on your individual shopping habits – this means Your Nectar Price offers will vary by customer each week. Remember, the more you shop, the more personalised Your Nectar Prices will become.
No, you can use your weekly Your Nectar Price offers as many times as you like during each validity period. Our standard bulk buying policies apply.

Yes. Customers who pick up a Your Nectar Price will still earn base Nectar points on the discounted Your Nectar Price.
Yes. See your Nectar app or Nectar online (www.nectar.com) for validity period for each Your Nectar Prices. Remember, Your Nectar Prices are refreshed every Friday and are valid for 7 days.
You will always pay the lowest price.
If you have unlocked a Your Nectar Price offer, you will be able to see the applicable, discounted Your Nectar Price:
- When you scan an eligible product on the SmartShop handset or app instore.
- On the till screen when your product is scanned and on your receipt underneath the eligible item purchased when you shop at our supermarkets via checkouts; and
- On your order confirmation, which will clearly label Your Nectar Price items when you shop online.
As well as this you can also track your savings within the 'activity' tab in the Nectar app under 'savings'
We try our best to ensure that you are only presented with Your Nectar Prices on products available in stores you have recently shopped in. Some products may be unavailable at certain times, and we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Yes, this is available across the United Kingdom.
Products are subject to exclusions throughout the year. Your Nectar Prices are not available at concessions or tobacco kiosks, Argos, Habitat or Tu clothing. Note that Your Nectar Prices are only available in Sainsbury's Locals when using Smartshop (the app or handset).
So long as the Your Nectar Price is still valid, you can return the incorrect item in line with our returns policy and then purchase the item with a Your Nectar Price.

Unlocking your offers provides us with a better understanding of what offers are most relevant to you.
The best way to access Your Nectar Prices is to unlock the offers you want to redeem before you start shopping. It is possible to unlock offers while shopping, however, you may not see these show up immediately. Where there is a time-lag which means that a Your Nectar Price offer that was unlocked before you pay has not been correctly applied at checkout, you will receive the applicable discount as a refund voucher in the Nectar app ready to apply to your next shop.
When you browse online, you will be able to see Your Nectar Price offers for this week and next week. This is to help you decide which offers you might want to redeem, depending on when you choose to receive your shop.
You will need to book a delivery or collection slot so the right weekly Your Nectar Price offers become visible. Once you have booked your slot you will be prompted to unlock your offers if you have not already done so.If you are booking a delivery slot outside of the 2-week window you will not yet be able to view Your Nectar Price offers for that week. Log back into your groceries online account nearer to the time of your delivery / collection to view your offers and unlock any you would like to redeem before adding them to your basket.
To redeem a Your Nectar Price offer, you must:
- Unlock the Your Nectar Price offer before you shop either in the Nectar app, on www.nectar.com, via SmartShop (the App or handset) or when logged into your Sainsbury's grocery online account; and
- Ensure that you scan/swipe Nectar when you shop instore; or ensure that your Nectar account is linked to your groceries online account when you shop online.
Provided you have then added the correct product on offer into your basket the Your Nectar Price discount should automatically apply at checkout. Please contact us if you are unsure or need any further assistance.
This may occur in the unlikely event that one of our key services is down. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused. If you have purchased a product with a Your Nectar Price this will still be recognised. See FAQ below for more information.
If there is a service failure on checkouts, the SmartShop App, the SmartShop handset or on Sainsbury's online; on the nectar app or www.nectar.com, which has meant that you cannot unlock Your Nectar Prices offers, please continue to shop as usual. We will identify where you have missed out on a Your Nectar Price offer and will issue you a refund voucher via the Nectar app for use on a future purchase by the same shopping method as the original transaction. To redeem the voucher instore, simply swipe the voucher at the till when you checkout. To redeem the voucher online, find the voucher in your online coupon wallet and apply it at the checkout. No action is required by you, this will be automatically added to your Nectar account.
