Unfortunately, you can’t as all Food to Order products are made to order. If you’d like to also purchase other Sainsbury’s’ products, you can shop from thousands of other items when you come in store to collect or by placing a grocery order to arrive whenever is convenient for you.
We work out which products are available to you based on your collection store & date. Different products have different lead times and may not be available in time for your selected collection date. Choose a date a little later to ensure you can get the products you want. Some products are only available to collect from certain stores. Big supermarkets are more likely than convenience stores to have our full range of products.
Currently we are unable to deliver your order, however, you can collect from over 900 Sainsbury’s supermarkets & locals. See which stores are available on the "Book a collection" page.

Look out for the Food to order signs in store or ask a colleague. If you are collecting from a supermarket, your collection point will often be at the deli counter or customer services. If you are collecting from a local store, follow the 'Click & Collect' signs to the collection desk or ask a colleague.
Orders are available for collection from 10am but if you need it before then, just give the store a call as they may be able to arrange an earlier collection time for you. Sunday opening hours may impact when your order is available to collect. Please check opening hours on stores.sainsburys.co.uk.
Unfortunately at the moment you can’t but we are working on it so you will be able to soon. If you would like to amend your order, you are able to cancel and replace it but you can only do this within your cancellation window which is specified on your order confirmation. If you need help with this please contact us.
You can cancel your order up until the cancellation date specified when you place your order. After this time we are unable to offer a refund. You can find this date on the details page before going through to the payment page and at the bottom of your order confirmation email. For full terms please see here.
If you placed your order in store you will need to go back to the store to cancel your order so we can process your refund. If you placed your order online follow the link on the bottom of your confirmation email or cancel here (link to cancellation page). This can only be processed during the cancellation window of your order (find the dates at the bottom of your confirmation email).
Yes, but only before the last cancellation date specified on your order confirmation, after which we are not able to refund the amount paid. Please see the bottom of your order confirmation email for the final date you are unable to cancel your order. See full terms and conditions for more information.
It’s only possible to collect Nectar points on orders placed in store. You cannot earn nectar points when ordering online. Keep checking as we are always striving to update our website, so Nectar could be coming soon.

No, we don't have a minimum order amount.
All orders are free to collect.
