If you're having issues with the website, please try clearing your internet cookies and cache using the following steps:
A short cut for all browsers is to hold CONTROL, SHIFT + DELETE on your keyboard. This will bring up your internet options to clear all cookies and cache.
Once you have done this, please log out of your online account and close your internet browser. Load your browser back up and log back into your account.

Unfortunately, you can't as all Food to Order products are made to order. If you'd like to also purchase other Sainsbury's' products, you can shop from thousands of other items when you come in store to collect or by placing a grocery order to arrive whenever it is convenient for you.
No, we don't have a minimum order amount.
Nectar points are not currently issued for orders placed on Sainsbury's Food to order online but we are hoping to make that happen soon (food-to-order.sainsburys.co.uk).
We work closely with our suppliers to ensure that all products are available throughout the year. There may be times where suppliers are not able to guarantee supply and we will make these items unavailable to avoid disappointment with products not arriving in store.
Due to the variety of products we offer on Food to Order, some of our suppliers need more time to produce the items and deliver it in to store ahead of collection.
If the collection date selected doesn't allow enough time for the product to reach your selected collection store the item will show as unavailable to avoid disappointment.All year-round Food to Order products are restricted to 19 of the same items. This means you won't be able to order more than 19 of the same items when placing your order online.
Currently we are unable to deliver your order, however, you can collect from over 900 Sainsbury's supermarkets & locals. See which stores are available on the "Book a collection" page.

If you are collecting from a supermarket, your collection point will often be at customer services. If you are collecting your order from a convenience store, please ask a colleague at the main till who will be able to help you.
All orders are free to collect.
Choose your desired collection date first and we will show you which products are available to collect on your chosen date.
Orders are available for collection from 10am but if you need it before then, just give the store a call as they may be able to arrange an earlier collection time for you. Sunday opening hours may impact when your order is available to collect.
Please use our store locator to find out the store number and opening hours, for the store you will be collecting your order from.
You can purchase carrier bags after you've collected your order in store when you pay for your order. You can help us reduce our plastic waste by bringing your own reusable bags.
An order confirmation will be sent automatically to your email. If you haven't received your order confirmation, please check your 'junk or spam' folders to see if it has gone into there.

An order confirmation email will be sent to the email address you gave us when you placed your order. This will include a list of the items you purchased, and the total amount paid. If you require a VAT receipt, please contact us.

If you would like to amend your order, you can cancel and replace it, but you can only do this within your cancellation window which is specified on your order confirmation. It will take up to 5 working days for our account to be refunded.

Unavailable/missing item/s:
If any of the items you ordered are unavailable, we will notify you the day before collection, where possible the store will offer an alternative product.If they are unable to find a suitable alternative or you feel the substitute item is not suitable, you can choose not to accept it and the store will process a refund for you instead. You can receive this refund straight away in the form of cash or on a gift-card, alternatively we can refund it back to your original payment card but this takes up to 5 working days to appear in your account.
It is important to check your order before leaving the store but if you notice any issues once you have left the store, please return to the store customer service desk where a member of staff will be able to refund the item/s for you.
The customer service desk will be best placed to resolve any issues but if this is not convenient, please contact us on 03301 231129, or through our social media team.
