How can I find out more about Sainsbury's Money?

From 1 July 2026, Sainsbury’s Bank will operate as Sainsbury’s Money.

This means that if you use our insurance services, you’ll now access them through Sainsbury’s Money instead of Sainsbury’s Bank.

In early 2024, we took a new direction to help improve the products and services we offer. As part of this, we agreed the sale of our personal loans, credit cards and savings business to NatWest.

At the time, we confirmed there would be no immediate changes for customers affected by that sale. Customers also remained protected by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) where applicable.

You can still expect trusted support from us. Some parts of our service may continue to be supported by third parties. If you need to contact a third-party provider about your product or service, we’ll continue to make those contact details available through the usual channels.

Fraudsters sometimes try to take advantage of changes like these to get personal or financial information.

We’ll never ask for your security details over the phone or by email. If someone contacts you asking for this information, please don’t share it.
