How do I write a review for a product?

Our review submissions are now directly linked to past purchase history, meaning you will need to have purchased the product(s) you wish to review in a previous online order. To submit your reviews on-site, you will need to be logged in to your Sainsbury’s grocery account and navigate to My account > My orders. You should then select View order for the order you purchased the product(s) within and select Write a review for the product(s) you wish to submit a review for.

 

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to accept reviews via this route for products purchased in-store. Customers shopping primarily in-store are still able to submit reviews via our post-purchase review request email. Please note, you will need to be opted in to Sainsbury’s marketing to receive these review emails.

 

For general product feedback, customers can contact product_feedback@sainsburys.co.uk, providing the details below.

  • Product name
  • Product barcode/batch number
  • Date of purchase (or best estimate)
  • Online order number OR store location/number

 

Please note that you will not receive a reply for any emails sent to this address. Your email will be read and actions taken internally or with suppliers where appropriate. If you wish to discuss your feedback directly with a colleague, or require an immediate response, you should call our team on the numbers below.
