Sainsbury's Groceries Online
When ordering on Sainsbury’s Groceries Online, if a DASH item listed in the above section 1 is not available, Sainsbury's will try to offer you 'alternative goods' similar to the goods you have requested. If one of  the DASH products listed above is substituted for a product that is not listed above (whether DASH or otherwise), this will not trigger a donation to Comic Relief and the Nourish the Nation programme.

You may opt to turn off the 'substitute' option for individual or all goods at 'your trolley' at checkout. We will attempt to deliver substitute products should selected products be unavailable unless you request us not to do so. No donation to Comic Relief will be made if the donating product is unavailable and substitution option has been turned off.

You do not have to accept the alternative goods offered by Sainsbury's. Acceptance or rejection of any alternative goods does not occur until you have the opportunity to inspect the good at the time of delivery. Where alternative products are accepted, customers should check product packaging for the most up to date nutritional information and allergen warnings, as these may differ from the products originally ordered.
