How do I cancel my order

You can cancel your order before 11pm the day before your delivery is due.

All cancellations must be submitted before 11pm the day before.

Important information

Log into your account and click my orders

Go to scheduled orders and your current order will show

Is the cancel icon displayed?

If you see the cancel order icon you'll be able to make amendments to your order.

No icons showing

If you don't see the icon on your account, your order has started to progress and it maybe too late to make changes. If you believe there may be another issue preventing you to amend/cancel please call us on 0800 328 1700.

Select the cancel order icon.
A screen will pop up to confirm you want to cancel your order.
Once you've confirmed you wish to cancel your order your order will be cancelled.
