How do I cancel my order

You can cancel your order before 11pm the day before your delivery is due.

All cancellations must be submitted before 11pm the day before. Check out our step-by-step guide below to help guide you through how to do this.

Step 1

Log into your account and click my orders.

Step 2

Go to scheduled orders and your current order will show.

Step 3

If you see the cancel order icon you'll be able to make amendments to your order.

Icon is showing

Select the cancel order icon. A screen will pop up to confirm you want to cancel your order.

Once you've confirmed you wish to cancel your order, your order will be cancelled.

No Icon showing

If you don't see the icon on your account, your order has started to process and it maybe too late make changes.

If an issue is preventing you being able to amend/cancel your order please call us on 0800 328 1700.
