Groceries for business - VAT receipts and conditions

Can I get a VAT receipt?

VAT receipts are available in store or through the contact centre. All you need to do is drop in and ask at the Customer Service Desk or call the contact centre for the VAT receipt to be sent to you. The receipt will be sent to your address within 7 to 10 days.

Which products are subject to VAT

Products marked with an asterisk (*) on your till receipt are subject to VAT.

Are you part of the VAT export redemption scheme? Sainsbury's do not participate in this scheme.
