What can I do if I can't find a product in my store?

If you’re unable to find a product in one of our stores, you can contact us to ask for a product request. Simply tell us which product you’d like to see and the name of the store you’d like to see this in.

If you have a barcode/product code, even better! We’ll be able to make a more accurate log for you and if you leave us with your email address, you’ll also receive an update on your request within 28 days.
