We hate to disappoint our customers and know how frustrating it is when you can't get something you enjoy. We constantly review our ranges and only make decisions when there’s a need to.
However, sometimes we don’t have a choice. For example, when our supplier has stopped producing a certain product. We'll always make a decision that we feel will benefit the majority of our customers locally, giving the widest choice possible in the space available. These decisions are based on historical, current and projected sales.
If you’re unable to find a product in one of our stores, you can contact us to ask for a product request. Simply tell us which product you’d like to see and the name of the store you’d like to see this in.If you have a barcode/product code, even better! We’ll be able to make a more accurate log for you and if you leave us with your email address, you’ll also receive an update on your request within 28 days.
