What is your Freshness Promise?

At Sainsbury's we're proud of the quality of our products and the lengths we go to, to ensure you're offered a choice of the tastiest fresh foods. Our technical, buying and supply chain teams work closely with our growers to ensure the freshest seasonal fruit, vegetables and salads are available on our shelves.

Not only will your shopping come from a nearby store, our colleagues are trained to pick only the freshest food for you. It'll be as though you made the choices yourself. If we have to swap something, or pick ingredients with a shorter shelf life, we'll note them on your paperwork. That way, you can quickly have a look and choose to accept or return them with the driver for a full refund.
