Delivery Instructions

What is changing?
From February 2017, you'll be able to submit information about your delivery address on the website, to help our drivers get your order to the right place.

You will have the ability to add things like “use side door”, or “deliver to reception”. You can also use this features for notes like doorbell not working, or any extra assistance you might need.

Our drivers will try and accommodate the delivery instruction to the best of their ability, time permitting and provided it's safe to do so.

Our in store pickers will not see the information you provide so please avoid adding any instructions with relation to food quality or dates.

How to add your delivery instructions on the website
Make your way to the 'Groceries' section on our website and then click 'Log in' at the top right of your screen.

Once you have logged in you will be directed to your account page (If not, you can access this page by clicking your name at the top right of the screen).

Once you see the page below, you should click on ‘Addresses’.

Once you are on the ‘Addresses’ page you have the option to select an existing address by clicking ‘edit’ or you can create a new address with delivery instructions by clicking ‘Add a new address’.

Adding delivery Instructions to a new or existing address
Simply click ‘Edit’ or ‘Add a new address’ as seen in the above screenshot, scroll to the bottom of the page and you will see the ‘Delivery Instructions’ box as in the picture below.

Enter your delivery instructions and simply click the save button at the bottom of the page and that is it completed.

Adding delivery Instructions at the checkout
Proceed through the checkout process as usual.

On the final ‘Checkout’ page in the delivery details section there is an option for Delivery instructions. You should click on ‘Add delivery instructions’, add your delivery notes and then click save.
