How to change, or add to, your order

You can edit the items, change your delivery date/time, and cancel your order before 11pm the day before your delivery is due.

Remember, you will need to have made any changes and checked out again by this time. When amending your order, you can:

  • Add items
  • Edit quantities
  • Remove items
  • Update substitute preferences
  • Change your delivery date/time

If you amend your order and the basket value is under £25 we will not be able to complete your order.

Follow the easy steps below to amend you order:

Step 1

Log into your account and click my orders

Step 2

Go to scheduled orders and your current order will show

Step 3

Is the change order icon displayed?

If you see the change order icon you'll be able make amendments to your order.

Select the change order icon. A screen will pop up to confirm you want to make changes.

If you don't see the icon on your account, your order has started to progress and it maybe too late to make changes.

If you believe there may be another issue preventing you to amend/cancel please call us on 0800 328 1700.

Step 4

Add or amend items

On the next page you'll be able to amend quantities or you can search for the items you wish to add on.

Once you've finished amending your order:

  • Check out
  • Click continue
  • Click update order
