I'm having problems logging into my account, can you help?

If you have recently updated your password this can sometimes cause issues when accessing your if you have auto saved your previous password.

To try and fix this you will need to clear the browser/device, but this may also clear all other passwords you have saved.

Below are the steps, for different internet browsers, you can take to try clear your old saved password:

Chrome

• Click on settings
• Select password option
• Select saved password
• Scroll through and select Sainsburys
• Select clear/delete

Microsoft Edge

• Select settings
• View advance setting
• Select manage passwords
• Scroll through and select Sainsbury's
• Select clear/delete

Safari

• Open the Safari menu.
• Select Preferences.
• Switch to the Autofill tab.
• Click the Edit button for Usernames and Passwords.
• Delete the entry for Sainsbury's

Internet Explorer

• Select tools
• Select internet options
• Underneath Browsing History, Select delete
• Tick the box in front of password
• Click delete
• Tick the box in front of password
• Click delete

When you have completed the above steps, it's also good idea to also clear your internet cookies and cache, you can do this by:

• If you're using a desktop/laptop you can do this by holding Ctrl-Shift - Delete at the same time, you'll then be given an option to clear your browsing
• iPad/iPhone you can do this when in Safari, select the bookmark tab and this will give you an option to clear browsing
• For Android devices select bookmarks, history and the 3 dots in the top corner. You'll then be able to clear your history

Most problems with your password can be fixed by clicking on the "Forgot your password?" link on the login page, here you can securely reset your password.

A password reset link will be sent to your email, don't forget to check if this has been sent to your junk/spam email folder.
