I’m having issues checking out

If you can't see the items in your basket please clear your internet cookies and cache.

A short cut for all browsers is to hold CONTROL, SHIFT + DELETE on your keyboard. This will bring up your internet options to clear all cookies and cache.

Once you have done this, please log out of your Sainsbury's account and close your internet browser.

Load your browser back up and log back into your account. Add another item to your basket, now you should be able to see the items in back in your basket.

If you can't see parts or sections of the page, or the continue button on the promotions and favourites pages when checking out, you may be zoomed in too far on the page.

If you're using a Laptop or Desktop PC, press Ctrl and – to reduce the zoom and parts of the page that were cut off will now be visible. If you zoom out too far, just click Ctrl and + to zoom in again.

If you're using a mobile device try pinching the screen with your fingers and zooming in or out.

If you can't amend your order, try clearing your internet cookies and cache.

The 'Continue' button that would normally be shown at the bottom of the page may be missing and you aren't able to continue to the next page.
To fix this, please try minimising or maximising the web page and the button should now show.

If you're using a tablet, this can also be done by turning your tablet from portrait to landscape.

If you have received a message to say your secure payment details have not been recognised, please follow the link on the secure payment page to reset your secure payment password.

For any other issues, try to use a different browser to place your order, or try clearing your cookies and cache.
