I’m having issues checking out

Here are some troubleshooting tips that might help if you're having issues checking out:

There's no continue button/I can't confirm my changes

You might have pressed check out and have been taken to the 'Before you go' page. The 'Continue' button that would normally be shown at the bottom of the page may be missing and you aren't able to continue to the next page.

To fix this, please try minimising or maximising the web page and the button should now show. If you're using a tablet, this can also be done by turning your tablet from portrait to landscape.

Text is missing from the page

If you can't see parts or sections of the page, or the continue button on the promotions and favourites pages when checking out, you may be zoomed in too far on the page.

If you're using a Laptop or Desktop PC, press Ctrl and – to reduce the zoom and parts of the page that were cut off will now be visible. If you zoom out too far, just click Ctrl and + to zoom in again.

If you're using a mobile device try pinching the screen with your fingers and zooming in or out.
