Popular Favourites Terms & Conditions

Thank you for registering to shop at Sainsburys.co.uk/groceries We know first time online grocery shopping can feel daunting so we've introduced Popular Favourites to get you off to a good start.

The first time you book a delivery or collection slot we'll offer you our list of Popular Favourites. The Popular Favourites list contains our recommended items and/or items our customers regularly buy.

The list is not personal to you so may include items you don't usually buy.

It's easy to add some or all of these Popular Favourite items to your basket. You can choose to add the entire list or, remove any of the items you don't fancy

  • When you've finished reviewing the list simply press the ADD button and we'll add those items to your basket.
  • If you don't want any of the items, simply press the X button at the top corner of the Popular Favourites list and it will disappear.
  • If you add items to your basket by mistake, it's easy to delete them in your basket or at checkout.
  • We'll only show you the Popular Favourites list the first time you shop online. Thereafter, all the items you buy during your first shop will appear in your 'Favourites'.

You'll need to give us a call on 0800 328 1700 if you ordered online. If purchased in store, please call 0800 63 62 62 or speak with a colleague next time you're in store.
