Bought one of our products online?

If you've bought a product online and changed your mind while the delivery driver is with you, you can hand it back to the driver.

If you change your mind later, all you need to do is return it in it's original condition to any Sainsbury's store with your proof of purchase within 30 days, and we'll be happy to give you an exchange of refund.

We're sorry but we can't accept grocery returns by post. Alternatively you can use our refund form in the links below.
