What is your TRY Promise?

We're sure you’ll love our products. If you don't, simply return them to store, click here to contact us, for a refund. That's the TRY promise! You need to do this within 30 days. 

Proof of purchase is required. Refunds will be given in cash for cash purchases, card purchases will be credited back to the same card used for original purchase. Our Careline will refund in vouchers or Nectar points only.

TRY applies to Sainsbury's branded products only and excludes:

  • Homeware
  • Greeting cards
  • Stationery
  • Seasonal General Merchandise
  • Sainsbury's Magazine
  • Toys
  • Entertainment
  • Electrical
  • Baby food & milk
  • TU clothing
  • Pharmacy
  • Floral
  • Fuel
  • Restaurant and Sainsbury's Cafes
